Milo's Catering is a Columbus, Ohio based catering, event planning, and venue management company that has brought unique and original cuisine to Central Ohio since 1998. Our services span a large variety of events from corporate luncheons, business meetings, family reunions, company and holiday parties to anniversaries and wedding receptions. With experience spanning three generations, Milo's has developed a polished and dedicated approach to food service.


All of our food is prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients by our chefs and sous chefs with a distinct "hands-on" approach from the company's owners, Louie & Demetra. Louie Pappas



Louie is a driven restauranteur. Difficult not to be, when at age 11 you’re wielding a spatula and working the line at Downtown Columbus' busiest diner. Emerging through business school at Miami University, Louie invested in the family catering business and has applied a methodical approach to serving clients and expanding into new arenas since. Louie has continued to strengthen Milo's by emphasizing quality, integrity, and a dedication to great service. 


Alyson Strickler-Vazquez

Corporate Sales Manager


For Alyson, the event industry is in her blood. Growing up at the Ohio Expo Center her earliest memories are of the Ohio State Fair and Quarter Horse Congress. Knowing her passion at an early age allowed Alyson to engage in a career immersed by expos, conferences, political and social events to weddings, galas and fundraisers . These  experiences have enabled Alyson to bring a fresh perspective and new opportunities to both Milo's and our clients.


Demetra Stefanidis



Demetra is a natural restauranteur and food systems expert. She maintains a work ethic that motivates our team and drives our meticulous approach to food service. She has modernized Milo’s operations in terms of efficiency and production levels. From early on, she worked at all levels for her parents' small southside business where she eventually moved to the hustle and bustle of Tommy's Diner in Franklinton. Soon afterwards, she was able to form her own company.  


Lynn Hill

Special Event Coordinator


Lynn is an event planning professional with over 15 years of catering experience.  She proudly brings expertise, creativity and impeccable execution to every event she is a part of. Lynn recognizes and follows through with the little details that comprise the big picture.  Driven by client satisfaction, she enjoys working hand-in-hand with individuals to understand and assist in bringing their vision to life.


Stacy Terman

Director of Special Events 


Upon finishing her English Lit degree at Capital University, Stacy did what seemed logical – she jumped into the catering industry.   Her passion for feeding people and her love of to-do lists made catering the perfect fit, and she found her niche as a special events coordinator.   Fast-forward a decade and Stacy has created a name for herself as a respected & dependable event professional.   As Director of Special Events, Stacy manages the sales office whilst planning & executing countless special events and weddings.

I was super pleased with the entire process with Milo's Catering! Communication was easy, the staff was ready to answer any questions I had, and was willing to make the day as special as possible. My husband and I had so much fun at our tasting to pick out food. The food options provided a nice variety, unique choices, and very yummy! Our guests really loved the food we picked. Come the night of the event, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend Milo's to all!

Milo's Catering was delicious. Food, to me, was one of the most important things. People remember how good/bad/hot/cold their dinner was at a wedding. The staff was so responsive, open and flexible. I worked with both Kacie and Stacy and they were fantastic. We did family style dinner and plated the bride and groom. The food was hot and delicious. (One guest even convinced another it was from a celebrity chef --- keep in mind there was also alcohol.) I would recommend them to ANYONE! They can be flexible with budgets and work around what you want.

Stacy Terman of Milo's created an appealing, delicious, and stress-free wedding reception for our family! Milo's promised to be a full-service caterer- they were and more.
